2. What information we collect

We collect and process personal data that helps us run our business and provide consultancy services. This includes:

Contact details (such as name, email address, phone number, and job title)
Correspondence and meeting notes
Event attendance information
Job applications and CVs
Financial and invoicing details where relevant

We do not use tracking or analytics tools on our website.

We collect data in the following ways:

Directly from you when you contact us, meet with us, or complete a form on our website
Through our event registration forms or emails
When you send us your CV or job application

Our newsletters are run via Substack, who act as the data controller for subscriber information. Their privacy policy applies separately.

Send occasional updates or contact prospective clients under legitimate interest

We do not sell personal data.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only when necessary, and only with trusted third parties such as:

Cloud and email service providers (Google Workspace)
Professional advisers (accountants, legal counsel)

In the future, we may share data with event partners or collaborators, but only where individuals have explicitly opted in.

7. International data transfers

We use Google Workspace, which may store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States. These transfers are protected under standard contractual clauses approved by the UK government to ensure an adequate level of protection.

8. How long we keep data

We retain client files and related correspondence for up to 7 years after a project ends, unless a shorter period is agreed. Event registration data is deleted within one year of the event. Job application data is deleted within six months unless we have your permission to keep it longer.

9. How we protect your data

We store data securely within our Google Workspace environment. Access is limited to named team members only. Devices are password protected, and files are stored in encrypted cloud locations where possible.

10. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access a copy of your personal data
Request correction or deletion
Object to processing based on legitimate interests
Withdraw consent where we rely on it
Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
